Information Regarding Your Course Registration

Registration can only be done in writing via the website (online form) or by email. The course spot is non-transferable to other people. You will receive confirmation via email as confirmation of your registration.

To secure a spot, you must pay a non-refundable registration fee of 50 euros. The deposit will be fully refunded if the event is canceled due to insufficient registrations.

If a course is already full, you will receive a notification that we have placed you on the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified immediately.

By registering, you commit to attending the entire course. The course fee includes fees and additional costs, as well as the legal VAT of 19%.

Each participant is fully responsible for their activities in the courses. By registering, you allow us to share your personal data with the respective course instructor. If you do not wish this, please let us know.

Accommodation and Meals: You can stay and be catered for at the Ipsoacademy house, or you can find accommodation or meals outside. Cooking is not allowed in the rooms of the IPSO academy.

The cost per night in a single room with a balcony and bath is 70 euros, including the legal VAT of 19%.

The cost for meals per day is 40 euros, including legal VAT of 7%. Meals include breakfast, a salad with fresh bread and Allgäu cheese for lunch, and a warm vegetarian dinner in the evening.

We do not refund costs for meals not taken during the course or for accommodation and meals in case of late arrival or early departure.

Each participant is fully responsible for their activities in the courses.

Rebooking: A rebooking is possible up to 2 weeks before the course starts. We charge a fee of €25.00 for processing the rebooking. After that, no rebooking is possible.

Cancellation: If a course is canceled by the instructor due to an insufficient number of participants or for another important reason, you will be notified immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot refund costs for train tickets, rail cards, etc., that you have already purchased.

Payment: Upon confirmation of registration, you will receive an invoice with course fees, accommodation, and meal costs. You pay the total amount before the course starts or at reception with your Maestro EC card or in cash.

Withdrawal Conditions: Cancellation and cancellation of your course booking are only valid if received in writing (letter, fax, email) and confirmed by us. Regardless of the reason and occasion for cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • If you cancel up to four weeks before the course starts, we charge a flat processing fee of €25.00.
  • If you cancel up to one week before the course starts, we charge 50% of the course fee.
  • If you cancel within one week before the course starts, we will charge you the full course fee. Additionally, 75% of the accommodation and meal costs will be charged if you have booked them unless there is a waiting list and someone actually takes your place. In that case, you only pay the full course fee.
  • If you cancel on the day the course starts, do not arrive, or cancel the course, the course fee and accommodation and meal costs must be paid in full. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance to reduce your financial risk, e.g., through www.travelsecure.de or www.adac.de.
